Recognizing the mind–body connection is essential to fostering holistic health. Thoughts, emotions, and behaviors directly influence our physical health, just as our body’s state profoundly affects our mental well-being. Love & Light Wellness running sessions incorporate movement during talk therapy to enhance the mind-body connection and help regulate one’s nervous system. This holistic approach effectively addresses trauma, anxiety, and depression while helping individuals build resilience. Traditional talk therapy is also available in-person or virtually. Together, we’ll work in a way that feels comfortable, supportive, and aligned with your needs.
